Shipping policy
At Living In Between, we offer a collection of meaningful jewelry and gifts, including made-to-order pieces and products fulfilled through our trusted distribution partners.
Our production and fulfillment partners prepare and ship orders directly to customers. Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product and fulfillment location.
Below you'll find information about shipping costs, processing times, delivery estimates, and tracking your order.
Order Processing
Most orders are prepared and processed within 2โ5 business days before shipping.
Business days do not include weekends or major holidays. Processing times may occasionally be longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
U.S. Shipping & Delivery
After production is complete, most U.S. orders arrive within approximately 5โ10 business days after shipment.
Processing and shipping are separate stages. Most orders can therefore be expected to arrive approximately 7โ15 business days after the order is placed.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery times.
Living In Between currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Rates
Standard U.S. shipping is $8.99 per order.
Your shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any additional shipping options, when available, will also be shown at checkout.
Made-to-Order & Partner-Fulfilled Jewelry
Our collection includes both made-to-order jewelry and products fulfilled from existing inventory through our trusted production and distribution partners.
Some pieces, including personalized and engraved jewelry, require additional preparation before shipping. Other products are fulfilled directly from our partners' available inventory.
Most orders are processed within 2โ5 business days. We recommend ordering early when purchasing jewelry for birthdays, holidays, celebrations, or other important occasions.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information at the email address provided during checkout.
Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear. Occasionally, a shipping label may be created before the carrier completes its first scan.

Orders With Multiple Items
If you order multiple pieces of jewelry, your items may occasionally ship separately.
Because different products may be prepared by different production partners, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages or on different days.
If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
Shipping Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase, including your name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, and ZIP code.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us at info@living-in-between.com as soon as possible.
We'll do our best to help, but because orders can enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that shipping addresses can be changed after an order has been submitted.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Living In Between is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Delayed Shipments
While we work with our production and shipping partners to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can happen.
If your order is taking longer than expected or your tracking information hasn't updated for an extended period, please contact us at info@living-in-between.com with your order number.
We'll review the available tracking information and help determine the appropriate next steps.
Packages Marked as Delivered
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking around your property, mailbox, porch, garage, or other possible delivery locations.
You may also want to check with household members or nearby neighbors and contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.
Occasionally, carriers mark packages as delivered shortly before completing delivery.
If your package is still missing, email info@living-in-between.com with your order number and tracking information. We'll help review the situation and determine what options may be available.
Replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered is evaluated based on the circumstances and applicable consumer protection requirements.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@living-in-between.com.
Include your order number and any available tracking information so we can investigate the shipment.
We'll work with the appropriate shipping partner to review the situation and determine whether a replacement, refund, or another resolution is appropriate.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at info@living-in-between.com.
To help us resolve the issue, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
- Clear photographs of the affected item
- Photographs of the packaging, when applicable
Please keep the item and its original packaging until we've reviewed your request.
